- Clean surface thouroughly and apply glue liberally in a zig pattern across the length of the nosing, carefull not to apply glue too close to the edges.
2. Turn over nosing base and firmly place onto the step.
3. Press onto the nosing to allow the glue to bond with the surface of the stair. Do not use too much force as the glue will seap out from the edges.
4. Locate drilled holes in nosing and drill through into the stair. Be sure to use appropriate drill bits for the surface you are drilling into.
5. Install plug through hole.
6. Fix screw into plug.
7. Peal off double sided tape liner.
8. Place nosing insert onto the leading edge of the nosing base being careful to line it up with your fingers as once placed onto the tape it cannot be removed.
9. Press firmly onto the insert and your installation is complete.
10. Your project is now complete
